Original recipe: brightening eye gel, 50 g

Purified water 42.05 g, glycerin 1.50 g, propanediol 1.50 g, IO Eye-Area Active Concentrate 2.00 g as an example level per CoA, caffeine 0.50 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.50 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.10 g, panthenol 0.75 g, allantoin 0.10 g, eye-safe preservative 0.50 g, sodium citrate solution 0.50 g. Dissolve caffeine in warm water and cool. For IO Eye-Area Active Concentrate, disperse cellulose and hyaluronate in the glycols, add the water and hydrate. For IO Eye-Area Active Concentrate, add the active, panthenol, allantoin and preservative below 40 °C. Adjust pH to about 6.0.

Routine guidance

Gel in the morning, cream at night, applied with a gentle tapping motion. Regular use over weeks is realistic.

Makeup

Test each eye product under concealer to make sure it does not pill or crease.
