Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our products are professional cosmetic raw materials, returns are limited to protect product integrity and safety.

Eligible returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only for unopened, factory-sealed bottles, jars or sealed pouches.
• The customer pays the return shipping cost.
• There is no restocking fee.
• Digital products (PDF downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

Non-returnable items

• Opened, used, or tampered containers, or any item with a broken factory seal.
• Products stored improperly after delivery.
• Custom or special-order bulk quantities unless defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged in shipping or we fulfilled your order incorrectly, contact us as described on our Shipping page.

How to request a return

Email sales@ingredient-os.com with your order number, SKU, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
