Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our products are professional cosmetic raw materials, returns are limited to protect product integrity and safety.

Eligible returns

• Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items damaged in shipping or incorrectly fulfilled by us.
• Digital products (PDF downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

Non-returnable items

• Opened, used, or tampered containers.
• Products stored improperly after delivery.
• Custom or special-order bulk quantities unless defective.

How to request a return

Email info@beautylabpro.com with your order number, SKU, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
