Shipping Policy

IngredientOS fulfills orders from our warehouse in Florida, USA. We ship professional cosmetic ingredients to customers within the United States.

Shipping destinations

USA only at launch. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (before tax).
• Standard USA shipping: $6.95 per order (outside Florida).
• Florida addresses: $5.95 per order when below the free-shipping threshold.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates

• Florida & Southeast: 2–4 business days after shipment.
• Continental USA: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Remote areas may take longer; carriers may delay during peak seasons.

Damaged or lost packages

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit. Email info@beautylabpro.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
