Description

Eye'fective with jasmine and hawthorn

Eye'fective is a liquid active for the eye contour. Its INCI is Propanediol, Glycerin, Jasminum Sambac Flower Extract, Crataegus Monogyna Flower Extract, Citric Acid. It is a colorless to light yellow, almost odorless liquid that dissolves in water. The supplier recommends 1 to 5% depending on the product, with finished products between pH 4.0 and 6.0. The smallest pack is 0.33 oz (10 mL).

Dark circles and puffiness

Dark circles have several causes: thin skin that shows what lies beneath, pigment and shadows from hollows under the eyes. Puffiness comes from fluid that collects in the morning or after short nights. Eye products address both concerns visually, often with a cooling applicator, and consumers expect a fresher, more rested look and a gentle feel. The supplier specification lists eye creams and gels for the look of dark circles and puffiness, and serums that enhance the visible results of eye care.

Formats

Clear, cooling gels are the classic morning product for a puffy look. Light creams give comfort and suit evening use. Thin serums in roll-on bottles combine the active with a cooling massage.

A gentle eye-area base

Avoid fragrance, essential oils and high alcohol content, and use a preservative system suited to the eye area. The near absence of odor and color makes Eye'fective easy to place in a clear gel.

Processing and partners

Add Eye'fective to the water phase below 40 °C, stir until uniform and keep the final pH between 4.0 and 6.0. Pair it with caffeine for a fresh, depuffing look and with Hexapeptide-2 Eye Solution for a peptide angle. Calmosensine adds comfort for sensitive eyes.
