Description
What Eye Contour Complex is
Eye Contour Complex is a liquid active concentrate from our peptide catalog, built for the skin around the eyes and sold in milliliter packs. Our product record describes its purpose: products that smooth and tone the look of the eye area, help reduce the look of puffiness and dark circles, help keep the area looking youthful and protect delicate skin. It is water-soluble and goes straight into the water phase during cool-down. The full INCI and active content are printed on the CoA for each lot.
Why a dedicated eye complex
The eye area shows tiredness and age first: fine lines, a puffy look in the morning, shadows under the eyes. A complex designed for this area lets a brand address several concerns with one ingredient and keeps the formula short, which matters on thin, sensitive skin. The liquid format avoids dissolving steps and suits transparent gels, which customers associate with freshness.
Applications
Eye creams, transparent eye gels, roll-ons, hydrogel and fabric eye patches and under-eye serums are typical formats. Many brands combine the complex with caffeine for a fresh look, with Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate Powder for crow's feet and with Hyaluronic acid liquid 1% for hydration. More eye and face actives are in our peptides catalog.
How to use it
Prepare the base and cool it below 40 °C. Weigh the complex into the batch and stir gently until uniform. Do not reheat. Keep the pH between about 5.5 and 7.0 for comfort. Follow the CoA and supplier documentation for the use level.
Morning and evening eye products
A two-product approach works well for eye care. In the morning, a cooling gel or roll-on with caffeine helps the eyes look fresher and layers under concealer. In the evening, a richer cream with emollients and peptides comforts the area overnight. Using the same complex in both products ties the routine together. Keep both fragrance-free and choose an eye-safe preservative.
Compatibility
The complex is generally compatible with caffeine, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, allantoin, plant waters and other peptides. Avoid strong acids, strong bases, oxidizers and long heating. Check clarity in transparent gels and comfort in a small user panel.
Showing results responsibly
Eye products are often marketed with before-and-after images. Keep them honest: same light, same angle, no retouching and a realistic timeframe of several weeks. Consumer perception studies, where a panel reports how their eyes look after regular use, are a good way to support statements about a fresher or smoother look. Avoid any wording that suggests a change to the structure of the skin or to health conditions. ## Characteristics

Record the lot number in your batch log so every production run can be traced back to its certificate of analysis. Retain a small sample of each lot for at least the shelf life of the finished product, since it makes later quality questions much easier to answer.
