Description
EPSILINE for tone care
EPSILINE is a liquid active for tone care. It dissolves in water and the supplier specification gives a pH of 5.0 to 6.0. Confirm the full INCI and active content on the certificate of analysis. The smallest pack is 0.33 oz (10 mL).
Many causes of uneven tone
Sun spots and age spots appear after years of UV exposure. Post-blemish marks stay behind after a breakout. Patchy tone can also be linked to hormones and sunlight. A tone-care active addresses the look of all of these as a cosmetic concern, and every routine should include daily.
Formats
A clear serum used morning and evening is the core format. Day and night creams combine tone care with moisture and age care. Brightening cleansers are listed too; contact time is short, so they support the routine rather than lead it.
Protect the finished product
Store and pack the finished product away from light, and avoid combining EPSILINE with very acidic exfoliants in the same product unless the supplier confirms compatibility.
Processing and partners
Add EPSILINE to the water phase below 40 °C, stir until uniform and keep the final pH between 5.0 and 6.0. Multi-route tone concepts often perform better than a single active: pair it with beta-arbutin and with Tetrapeptide-30 solution, or add 3M3 Whiteris for a marine angle. More brightening actives are in our cosmetic actives section.
