Description
Some ingredients come with a clear temperature rule, and IO Energizing Tonic Complex Liquid is one of them: its card states that it dissolves in water below 40 °C. That puts it firmly in the cool-down phase, and it fits energizing serums, creams, eye care and body lotions.
Product data
Water-soluble at temperatures below 40 °C. The card does not list applications. For this ingredient, the supplier CoA of each lot confirms the exact INCI, composition and recommended level.
The temperature rule
Add the complex only after the batch has cooled below 40 °C. Adding it to a hot water phase can affect solubility or stability. Write the rule into the batch instructions so production follows it every time.

Short nights, stress and dry office air make skin look dull and puffy. Energizing care uses ingredients associated with a fresher look, cooling textures and a morning ritual. Explain the realistic effect on the product page: a refreshed look that builds with regular use.
