Purified water 82.30 g, glycerin 3.00 g, propanediol 4.00 g, IO Youthful-Look Active Liquid 4.00 g as an example level per CoA, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 2.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.30 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.60 g, panthenol 1.50 g, allantoin 0.20 g, preservative 1.00 g, sodium citrate solution 1.10 g. Disperse cellulose and hyaluronate in the glycols, add water and hydrate. Below 40 °C add the active, the peptide, panthenol, allantoin and the preservative. Adjust pH to about 5.5.
