Product data
Liquid, water-soluble. PH range 3.5 to 5.0. Applications from the card: toners and essences, facial serums, creams and emulsions, masks, body cosmetics, gels and lotions and refreshing products. Pineapple in skin care
Pineapple is known in cosmetics for its fruity freshness and for bromelain, an enzyme often used in gentle exfoliating concepts. Whether and how much enzyme activity a juice keeps depends on processing; check the supplier documentation before making any enzyme-related claim.

Who the products are for
Customers who like fruity, fresh products, those who want a radiance boost and people looking for gentle renewal.
Acidic pH
The juice is naturally acidic. Measure the pH after addition and adjust if needed. Carbomer thickeners lose viscosity at low pH, so xanthan or cellulose are safer choices.
Color and scent
Fruit juices can add color and a natural scent that changes over time. Check stability under light and choose packaging that hides minor color shifts.
Testing
Run stability at room temperature, 40 °C and under light, checking pH, color and odor.
Packaging
Frosted bottles and opaque tubes suit fruit-based products.
Batch quality
Keep the CoA for each lot, compare color and odor on arrival and store retained samples.
Range planning
A toner, a glow mask and a body gel form a tropical summer line.
Preservation
Fruit juices are rich in sugars and can challenge preservative systems. Confirm with a challenge test.
Original recipe: pineapple glow toner, 100 g
Purified water 82.30 g, IO Pineapple Fresh Plant Juice 5.00 g as an example level per CoA, glycerin 3.00 g, propanediol 3.00 g, niacinamide 2.00 g, panthenol 1.00 g, allantoin 0.10 g, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.30 g, fragrance 0.10 g, preservative 1.00 g, sodium citrate solution 2.20 g. Dissolve niacinamide and allantoin in water, add glycols, the juice, panthenol, premixed fragrance and solubilizer and the preservative. Adjust pH to about 5.0.
Asian-style routines
Essences and toners are central to multi-step routines. A fruity essence applied after cleansing and before serum gives a light layer of hydration and a pleasant sensory moment. Customers who enjoy layering often buy the full set, which raises order value.
Body care
In summer, a fresh body gel with the juice is used after the shower or the beach. Keep it light and fast-drying.
Gifting
A fruity toner and mask duo makes a cheerful summer gift set.
Record the lot number in your batch log so every production run can be traced back to its certificate of analysis. Retain a small sample of each lot for at least the shelf life of the finished product, since it makes later quality questions much easier to answer.
Storage
Store the container closed in a cool place away from light.
