Add the active during cool-down into the water phase and keep the finished pH between 5.0 and 7.0. Avoid high levels of oils or silicones, which can soften the film. Pair it with palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 for long-term firmness, acetyl hexapeptide-8 for expression lines and caffeine in eye gels. Original recipe: instant lifting serum, 100 g

Purified water 84.40 g, glycerin 2.00 g, propanediol 3.00 g, IO Instant Tightening Active 4.00 g as an example level per CoA, palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 2.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.20 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.50 g, panthenol 1.00 g, allantoin 0.10 g, preservative 1.00 g, sodium citrate solution 1.80 g. For IO Instant Tightening Active, disperse cellulose and hyaluronate in the glycols, add water and hydrate. For IO Instant Tightening Active, add the active, peptide, panthenol, allantoin and preservative below 40 °C. Adjust pH to about 6.0.

Routine guidance

Suggest the serum every morning before moisturizer and sunscreen, and the mask as a quick boost before evenings out. Explain the difference between the instant feel and changes with regular use, so customers know what to expect on day one and after several weeks.

Eye area

Eye gels with a tightening feel are popular in the morning. Keep them fragrance-free and test around the eyes with contact lens wearers. A cooling tip adds to the effect.
