Purified water 80.10 g, glycerin 3.00 g, propanediol 3.00 g, IO Face Lifting Active 4.00 g as an example level per CoA, kaolin 5.00 g, xanthan gum 0.40 g, panthenol 1.00 g, allantoin 0.20 g, preservative 1.00 g, sodium citrate solution 2.30 g. Pre-wet the active and xanthan in the glycols, add water and stir until uniform. Add kaolin with mixing, then panthenol, allantoin and preservative below 40 °C. Adjust pH to about 5.8.

Eye contour detail
