Purified water 83.10 g, glycerin 3.00 g, propanediol 4.00 g, IO Expression-Line Active Liquid 2.00 g as an example level per CoA, acetyl hexapeptide-8 solution 5.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.30 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.50 g, panthenol 1.00 g, allantoin 0.10 g, preservative 1.00 g. Blend the cellulose and hyaluronate with the glycols, follow with the water and keep stirring until clear and smooth. Add the actives, panthenol and allantoin below 40 °C, then the preservative. Adjust pH to about 5.5.
