Original recipe: even-tone hand cream, 100 g

Phase A: distilled water 67.30 g, glycerin 5.00 g, niacinamide 3.00 g, xanthan gum 0.20 g. Phase B: glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate 5.00 g, cetyl alcohol 2.00 g, caprylic/capric triglyceride 6.00 g, shea butter 3.00 g, dimethicone 1.00 g. Heat An and B to 75 °C, emulsify and cool. Phase C below 40 °C: IO Even-Tone Care Active Liquid at the level on the CoA, here 5.00 g; panthenol 1.00 g; preservative 1.00 g; fragrance 0.50 g. Mix and adjust pH to about 5.5.

Record the lot number in your batch log so every production run can be traced back to its certificate of analysis. Retain a small sample of each lot for at least the shelf life of the finished product, since it makes later quality questions much easier to answer.
