Distilled water 83.20 g, glycerin 4.00 g, betaine 2.00 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 1.20 g, Body-Smoothing Complex 5.00 g, panthenol 1.00 g, cucumber extract 2.00 g, preservative 1.00 g, fragrance 0.60 g. Disperse the cellulose in water, let it swell, add the remaining ingredients and mix until clear.

Testing and documentation

A body product is applied over a large area, so texture and drying time matter as much as the active itself. Ask a few testers to compare the gel and the lotion after a shower and note which one they prefer. Run a stability check of four to twelve weeks at room temperature and in a warm cabinet. Keep the CoA of each lot of Body-Smoothing Complex with the batch record, and confirm the full INCI from it when you prepare the label.
