Phase A: distilled water 85.95 g, glycerin 3.00 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.50 g; hydrate until clear. Phase B below 40 °C: the three premixes, panthenol 1.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.10 g predissolved. Phase C: preservative 0.90 g, water 2.50 g. Mix gently and adjust pH to about 6.0.
