Description
Fision Hydrate in short
Fision Hydrate is a liquid moisturizing active. It dissolves in water and works between pH 5.0 and 7.0. The supplier specification lists moisturizing creams and lotions for intensive moisture and skin restoration, moisturizing and restoring serums, facial masks for deep moisturizing and eye gels for moisture and a less puffy look. Confirm the full INCI, active content and dose on the certificate of analysis.
Why hydration is the base of every routine
Well-hydrated skin feels supple, looks smoother and handles everyday stress better. Dehydration shows as tightness, fine dry lines and a dull look, and it can affect every skin type, including oily skin. A dedicated hydration active gives a range a reliable foundation that works in every product, from a light gel to a rich night cream.
Formats
Creams and lotions
Daily moisturizers and body lotions carry the active in the water phase.
Serums
Hydrating serums are a key layering step, applied before cream.
Face masks
Gel, cream and sheet masks can use a higher dose for a deep moisture boost.
Eye gels
Light, cooling gels for the eye area are listed in the supplier specification.
How to use it
Add Fision Hydrate to the water phase below 40 °C and stir until uniform. In emulsions, add it after cooling. Keep the final pH between 5.0 and 7.0. Follow the dose in the technical sheet.
Partners
Hydration ranges work best with ingredients that act at different levels. Sodium hyaluronate forms a moisture film, and Vegetable NMF adds natural moisturizing factor components. More hydration concentrates are listed in the actives catalog.

Disperse the polymer in water, dissolve the hyaluronate, panthenol and allantoin, add glycerin and butylene glycol, emulsify the squalane in, then add Fision Hydrate and the preservative below 40 °C and check the pH.
Overnight masks explained
Overnight masks are thicker than serums but lighter than classic masks. They are applied as the last step in the evening and left on until morning. The occlusive touch of a small oil share helps the humectants work through the night. Consumers love them for a quick, visible morning glow.
Testing
Corneometer measurements after one hour, eight hours and four weeks, together with TEWL readings, support intensive hydration claims. A consumer panel adds feedback on comfort and suppleness.
Dose guidance
Follow the dose in the technical sheet. Masks can carry the upper part of the range, while daily lotions can use the middle.
Range idea
A hydration line with a serum, a gel-cream, an overnight mask and an eye gel can all carry the same active. Use blue or clear packaging to make the moisture story visible on the shelf.
Hydration for oily skin
Oily skin can still be dehydrated. It produces enough oil but may lack water, and harsh cleansers and drying products make it worse. Light, oil-free gels with a hydration active give oily skin the moisture it needs without heaviness. Position a gel version of the range for these consumers.
Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool place, away from heat and light.
