Original recipe: firming neck and décolleté gel cream, 100 g

Distilled water 78.30 g, glycerin 4.00 g, IO Firming Active Powder 2.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.30 g, carbomer 0.40 g, caprylic capric triglyceride 6.00 g, squalane 3.00 g, polysorbate 60 1.50 g, panthenol 1.00 g, tocopherol 0.50 g, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin 1.00 g, sodium hydroxide solution 2.00 g. Disperse the carbomer in water, add the oils with polysorbate under stirring, neutralize, then add IO Firming Active Powder, hyaluronate and the remaining ingredients.
