Purified water 74.80 g, Brown Rice Ferment Filtrate 15.00 g as an example level per CoA, glycerin 3.00 g, butylene glycol 3.00 g, niacinamide 2.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.10 g, panthenol 0.50 g, allantoin 0.10 g, preservative 1.00 g, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.40 g, fragrance 0.10 g. Dissolve hyaluronate in glycols, add water, then niacinamide, panthenol, allantoin and the ferment. Premix fragrance with solubilizer, add with preservative. Check pH, aiming for about 5.0 to 5.5.
