Distilled water 68.40 g, glycerin 4.00 g, xanthan gum 0.20 g, glyceryl stearate citrate 3.50 g, cetearyl alcohol 2.00 g, caprylic capric triglyceride 10.00 g, squalane 6.00 g, IO Antioxidant Active Powder 0.10 g, tocopherol 0.50 g, niacinamide 3.00 g, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin 1.00 g, panthenol 1.00 g, citric acid 0.30 g. Dissolve IO Antioxidant Active Powder in the warm oil phase, emulsify with the heated water phase, cool, add niacinamide, panthenol and the preservative, then adjust the pH.
