Who the products are for
Customers with sensitive or mature skin, parents looking for gentle care and lovers of floral products.
Children's care
Children's products need short ingredient lists, mild preservatives and little or no fragrance. A rose extract can give a gentle floral identity without strong perfume.
Hair care
In shampoos and masks, the extract adds a floral story. Add it after surfactants and check clarity.
Color and odor
Rose extracts can add a pinkish or brownish tint and a light scent. Check stability under light.
Testing
Run stability at room temperature, 40 °C and under light, checking pH, color and odor.
Packaging
Frosted glass or opaque bottles protect extracts and suit the rose theme.
Batch quality
Keep the CoA for each lot and store retained samples.
Range planning
A tonic, a cream and a mask form a rose care line.
Preservation
Botanical extracts can challenge preservatives. Confirm with a challenge test.
Original recipe: gentle rose tonic, 100 g
Purified water 86.70 g, Rosa Damascena flower extract 3.00 g as an example level per CoA, glycerin 3.00 g, propanediol 3.00 g, panthenol 1.00 g, allantoin 0.10 g, bisabolol 0.10 g, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.30 g, preservative 0.80 g, sodium citrate solution 2.00 g. Mature skin
Mature skin often feels dry and less comfortable. A rose cream with peptides and a rich but absorbent base speaks to this group. Combine the floral image with a firming message and keep claims cosmetic.
Body care
Body creams and masks with rose extract suit spa treatments and home pampering. A light rose scent makes the experience memorable.
