Distilled water 84.30 g, rice milk 5.00 g, glycerin 3.00 g, niacinamide 3.00 g, panthenol 1.00 g, betaine 1.50 g, polysorbate 20 0.50 g, preservative 1.00 g, citric acid solution to target pH 0.70 g. Dissolve everything in water below 40 °C and check the pH.
