Purified water 70.30 g, aloe vera juice 15.00 g, glycerin 4.00 g, Carrot Cells 3.00 g as an example level per CoA, panthenol 2.00 g, carbomer 0.60 g, sodium hydroxide solution 0.60 g, allantoin 0.20 g, tocopheryl acetate 0.50 g, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 1.30 g, menthyl lactate 0.30 g, preservative 1.00 g, fragrance 0.20 g, sodium hyaluronate 1.00 g as a 1 percent solution. Disperse carbomer in water and aloe, add glycerin, panthenol and allantoin. Premix vitamin E, menthyl lactate and fragrance with the solubilizer and add. Add the active, hyaluronate solution and preservative, then neutralize to pH 5.5 to 6.0.
