Purified water 82.80 g, glycerin 4.00 g, propanediol 3.00 g, IO Balancing appearance-focused cosmetic Active 4.00 g as an example level per CoA, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 solution 3.00 g, sodium hyaluronate 0.30 g, hydroxyethylcellulose 0.60 g, panthenol 1.00 g, allantoin 0.20 g, preservative 1.00 g, sodium citrate solution 0.10 g. Wet the cellulose and hyaluronate with the glycols, then add the water and let the gel hydrate fully. Add actives, panthenol and allantoin below 40 °C, then preservative. Adjust pH to about 5.5.
